I really liked the video that was shared. It talked about people's ideas and how sometimes we can feel that our ideas are small and we might not think they are important but we should still share our ideas because others might find them amazing. I think it would be a great video to share with students and colleagues.

I really liked this quote. I've been learning a lot about leadership and what it means in the teaching world. This quote inspires me to be the type of leader I want to be. I want to nurture growth in my students and help them learn how to "prune" out behavior that is inhibiting them and I want to celebrate their growth with them.

I really liked this picture on this tweet. It is so true. Schools have always let students bring their textbooks home to do work. I know in the elementary schools they do not allow students to take home their devices. I think there might be a way to do it without being scared of what could happen.
